Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Label91, we take pride in every T-shirt we send out. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

  1. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products:

    • Contact us at info@label91.store within 24 hours of delivery
    • Clear photographs of the issue are mandatory for any claim
  2. Size Exchange:

    • Size exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact and in original packaging
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued

  3. Original Packaging:

    • All returns and exchanges must include the original packaging and tags in resellable condition

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Items that are used, washed, or missing tags
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Claims raised after 7 days of delivery (or after 24 hours for damaged/incorrect items)
  • Sale or final sale items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@label91.store with your order number, issue description, and supporting photos or unboxing video
  2. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to our return address using a trackable courier service
  3. Label91 is not liable for packages lost or damaged during return transit

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by emailing info@label91.store
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us, return shipping will be reimbursed up to Rs. 100 on submission of courier receipt

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • UPI and card refunds reflect within 5-7 working days depending on your bank
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. Please share your account details when raising the request

Replacement Policy

  1. Wrong product delivered: raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Approved replacements are dispatched within 48 hours
  3. If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
  4. Once a replacement is issued, it cannot be returned or replaced again

Additional Notes

  • For missing package claims, Proof of Delivery (POD) from the courier is required
  • Label91 reserves the right to decline exchange or replacement if the product fails quality inspection upon return
  • This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India)
