Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote or difficult-to-access areas: 7-10 business days
These are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999
- Orders below Rs. 999: flat shipping charge of Rs. 79
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pin codes across India. An additional COD handling fee of Rs. 49 may apply. COD availability is confirmed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website. For any tracking issues, email us at [your email].
Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart, depending on your location and order type.
Undelivered or Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges will apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Label91 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photographs.
